right of survivorship which was, through inadvertence, not
created by virtue of that deed to them from General Develop- I
ment Corporation, which deed is recorded in O.R. Book 208, at
page 831. The grantors and grantees are mother and son and
it is their desire to create a joint tenancy with right of
survivorship between themselves. ~
