15. The Nord "aiortgagor" and the langua~e of this instrument sha11~ where there is more than one mort-
gabor, be construec! as plural, and all the covenants~ ag,recmcnts and other provisions herein set forth shall be
~o~nt and sc.~veral; the Hord "mortgagce" ahall be construed as including any lawful holder of the note secured
hereby; and both the ~~~ords "mort~agor" and "mortgagee" shall be construed as inctuding the heirs, executors~
adn~in~strators, succrssors and assigns o[ cach.
16. In the event the mortgagor should convey the premises described herein or
any part thereof, prior to the payment in f~tl of said note, or any renewal or ex-
tension thereof, the legal holder of said note may at its option either forthwith
or at ar~y time prior to ym~ent in full of said note, ~eclare imuuediate~y due and
payable thirty-five (35~,~percentum of the unpaid balance of said note.
17. It is understoocl and agreed that r,~ortgagor shaL7. Purnish to mortgagee such
financial statements as mortgagee may require, but such requests shall be limi.ted
to one statement each year.
