corporatian unde~ the laws of the United States of Amer~ca, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Harry H.
S amp 1 e an d Rache 1 G. S amp 1 e dated J u 1 y 31 1965 , and recorded
~n the public records of S t. Luc i e County, Ftorida, in Official Record Book 124 on page
10 , securing the payment of the s~m of
Seventeen Thousand Five Hundred and No/100 Oollars (E 17,500.00 ~
covering property in the County of S t. Luc i e , Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the noTe secured thereby, and do~h
hereby cancel and discharge said mortgage and ~elease and quit-claim all right, title a~d interest conveyed by said
mortgage in and to the premises described therein, and doth hereby direct the Cle~k of the Circuit Court of the afore-
said County to cancel the same of record.
