ORDER ON TEMPORARY RELIEF
THIS MATTER coming on to be heard upon pral Mbtion for
temporary relief; both parties being present and represented by
counsel; argument of counsel being-heard, and the Court being fully
advised in the p?-emises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows; ~
1. The husband, BILLIE DWAINE ROWLEY, be and he is hereby
required to make the mortgage payments on the home of the parties
hereto, until further order of this court. ~
2. Commencing on the 9th day of July, 1973, BILLIE DWAINE
ROWLEY shall pay to BETTY ROWLEY the sum of $15.00 each and every
week for the support of the minor child of the parties hereto.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by
~ him remitted promptly to BETTY ROWLEY. In addition there is hereby
assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each

payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash,
money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to
~
° keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence
addresses at all times while this order is in effect.
3. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereta is
' retained for the entry of such further orders as may be prop .
