EDGAR COWART, joined by his wife, SUSAN O. COWART, and NORMAIJ J. COWART, joined by his wife, HILDA C. COWART, hereinafter called the Grantor, to SHEAR-BARRER COMPANY (Not Incorporated), whose postoffice address is hereinafter called the Grantee: (Wherever used herein the terms "Grantor" and "Grantee" include all the parties to this instrument, and the heirs, legal representatives and assigns of individuals, and the successors and assigns of corporations.) WITNESSETH; That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the Grantee, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz: PARCEL I: Beginning on the West line of the East 1/2 of the SW 1/4 - of Section 24, Township 35 South, Range 39 East at a point 1332.08 feet South of the NW corner of said East 1/2 of SW 1/4, run thence Northeasterly, parallel with the northerly right-of-way line of Okeechobee Road (State Road No. 70) a distance of 184.25 feet; thence run South parallel with the West line of the E 1./2 of the SW 1/4 of said Section 24 to the northerly right-of-way line of Okeechobee Road; thence run Southwesterly, along said right-of-way line, a distance of 184.25 feet to said west line of East 1/2 of SW 1/4 of said Section 24; thence run North to Point of Beginning. PARCEL II: ' The North 953.02 feet of the West 330 feet (as measured along the North line) of the East 1/2 of the SW 1/'4 of Section 24, Township 35 South, Range 39 East, subject to right-of-way for Andrews Avenue over the North 25 feet thereof. TOGETHER WITH all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining. ; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
