payment of principal or interest, and after January 1, 1974,
at Mortgagor's option, Mortgagor shall be entitled to a release
of the property descr~bed as Parcel I upon the payment of the
principal sum of $85,004.00 together with interest thereon to
the date of payment. Alternatively, Mortgagor shall be entitled
to release of the property described as Parcel II upon the
payment of the principal sum of $55,000.00, together with in-
terest thereon. Any sums prepaid for such partial release shall
be in addition to the regularly scheduled payments due under the
Promissory Note and this Mortgage, and shall be applied in pay-
ment of the then last maturing installments,
