ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That WALTER J. COWART, J. EDGAR
COWART and NORMAN J. COWART, of 970 Dunn Avenue, Jacksonville,
Florida, as parties of. the first part, for and in consideration
of the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations to them duly
paid by SHEAR-BARRER COMPANY (Not Incorporated) with mailing address

as party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
has sold, and by these presents does grant, convey, assign, transfer
and set over unto the party of the second part, a certain indenture ,
of lease bearing date of August 2, 1972, made by LeVere Montgomery
and Betty Ann Montgomery, his wife, and recorded in Official Record
Book 204, page 2689, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
together with all and singular the premises therein mentioned and
described, with the appurtenances; the said premises being situate
in St. Lucie County, Florida, and more particularly descri.bed as
follows, to-wit:
That part of the West 330 feet (as measured along the
~ North line) of the East 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of Section 24,
~ Township 35 South, Range 39 East, lying North of Okeechobee ?
Road (State Road No. 70), LESS AND EXCEPT THEREFROM the ;

Beginning on the West line of the East 1/2 of the SW 1/4
of Section 24, Township 35 South, Range 39 East at a point
1332.08 feet South of the NW corner of said East 1/2 of
SW 1/4, run thence Northeasterly, parallel with the
~ northerly right-of-way line of Okeechobee Road (State
G Road No. 70) a distance of 184.25 feet;.thence run South
parallel with the West line of the E 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of
said Section 24 to the northerly right-of-way line of
Okeechobee Road; thence run Southwesterly, along said
~ right-of-way line, a distance of 184.25 feet to said
~ west line of East 1/2 of SW 1/4 of said Section 24; thence
~ run North to Point of Beginning. .

~ TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the party of the second
= part, its successors and assigns, for and during all the rest,
