HomeMy WebLinkAbout0354 IN FURTHER consideration of this Assignment of Lease, the
party of the second part, by the acceptance hereof, covenants and
agrees to and with the parties of the first part, that it will
assume and agree to pay and perform all covenants and agreements
imposed upon the Lessees by the Lease being assigned and will
forever hold the first parties harmless o£ and from such covenants
and agreements.
AND parties of the first part do hereby covenant and agree
to and with the party of the second part, that the leasehold estate
being assigned is now free and clear of all charges and encumbrances,
grants, leases, taxes and assessments whatsoever except the taxes
for the year 1973, made or suffered by parties of the first part.
AND Myrtle M. Cowart, Susan O. Cowart and Hilda C. Cowart,
the respective wives of the parties of the first part, join herein
for the specific gurpose of releasing any right of dower possessed
by them in the leasehold estate being assigned.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties of the first part have caused
these presents to be executed, joined by their wives aforesaid,
on this the 19th day of June, 1973.
