RELEASE OF PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS That:
WHEREAS, the undersigned, LeVERE MONTGOMERY and BETTY ANN
MONTGOMERY, his wife, being the Lessors under a certain Lease
,
unto WALTER J. COWART, J.~ EDGAR COWART and NORMAN J. COWART, as
Lessees, bearing date of August 2, 1972, and recorded in O. R. Book
204 at page 2689 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
have agreed to release the named Lessees of and from all promises,
covenants and agreements to be kept and performed by them under
such lease provided that SHEAR-BARRER COMPANY (not incorporated)
do accept an assignment of such lease of and from the named original ,
Lessees and therein assume the obligations of the Lessees there- ~

WHEREAS, the said leasehold estate has been duly assigned
by the named original Lessees to Shear-Barrer Company (not incor-
porated), the said Assignee, under the terms and by the acceptance
of such assignment did covenant and agree that it would assume and
agree to pay and perform all covenants and agreements imposed upon
the named original Lessees by th~ terms of the Lease Agreement,

NOW THEREFORE, the premise stated, and in consideration of

a the sum of $10.00 and other valuable consideration, the said

~ LeVere Montgomery and Betty Ann Montgomery, his wife, by these
~ presents do fully and completely release, exonerate and forever
~
discharge the said Walter J. Cowart, J. Edgar Cowart and Norman J.

~ Cowart, and each of them, of and from any promise, agreement
to pay, and any and all other obligation under such Lease by
~
~
them to have been kept and performed.
