KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Citizens Federal $avings and loan Association of St. Lucie County, a
corporation under the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Thomas C.
Rector and Evelyn t. Rector, his wife dated qPr~~ 30 1968 , and recorded
in the public records of St . Luc i e County, Florida, in Official Record Book ~ on page
~ 924 , securing the payment of the sum of
Thirteen Thousand Six Nundred and no/100 Dollars(b 13,600.00 )
covering property in the County of S t. Luc i e , Florida. doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the nore secured thereby, and doth
hereby cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said
mortgage in and to the premises described therein, and doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the afore-
said Counry to cancel the same of record.
