1. Al1 lots in BEACH CI~JB COLONY, SECTICdV ONE, according
to the Plat thereof, filed May 13, 19'll, and recorded in Plat
Book 16, Page 11, St. Lucie County, Florida, public records~ shall
be used exclusively for residentia 1 purposes, with the exception
that Lots 1, 2, 3, and of said subdivision may also be used for
business purposes.
2. No tents, housetrailers or temporary buildings shall be
erected or placed upon arr~yy lot, without the prior written consent
of the Grantor herein. No wire fence sha 11 be erected on a~y lot or
gart thereof, and no fences of ar~ kind shall be erected on a~yr

lot or portion thereof which exceed an average of four feet.
3.' No livestock or fowl shall be permitted on said property;
nor shall nuisances be permitted or carried out on said property.
k. Upon each lot has been constructed a duplex dwelling,
consisting of two (2) approximately equal but segarate parcels. The
owner of each such garcel shall be responsible for the maintenance ~
and regair of said parcel, and with cutting, clearing, weeding,
-cultivating, and otheYwise maintaining the law on said parcel.

~ Upon the expiration of the time period set forth in the said no~ice,
and upon the continued failure by the owner to comply wi.th the res-
