SATISFACTION OF SECURITY AGREEMENT
: KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That FLORIDA NATIONAL BANK ~
TRUST COMPANY AT WEST PALM BEACH, a national banking association
created and existing under the laws of the United States of America, the owner
and holder of a certain Security Agreement executed by ML~ITON SUN, INC. , a

Florida corporation, to FLORIDA NATIONAL BANK & TRUST COMPANY AT
WEST PALM BEACH, bearing date the 5th day of September, A. D. , 1968, and
recorded in Official Record Book 1?3 at page 1685, in the office of the Clerk of
"the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, securing a certain note in the
' principal sum of One Hundred Thirty-seven Thousand Six Hundred ($13?, 600. 00)
Dollars and certain promises and obligations set forth in said Security Agreement
upon the property situate in said State and County described as follov~~s: ~

~ attached to Security Agreement recorded in Official Record
