hereby mortgaged as it specifically set forth and descritcd in the Rranting and habendum clauses hereot. and

to a Receiver. and such appointment shall be made by such court as an admitted equity and ~a matter ot ab-
eolute tight to said 111origagee, and without reference to the adequacy or inadequacy of the value ot the prop-

renta. protits, income, issues and re~~enues shall be aj~plied by such Receirer according to the lien and/or equity

8. It is understood and agreed that this mortgage is given to secure, in addition to the note or obligation
above described any additional loans or future advances made within twenty years from date hereof by th2
mortgagee to ~aid mortgagors or any successor in title ot said mortgagors of the property ,hereby conveyed;
provideci that the total unpa~d balance of the indebtedness secured hereby at any one time shall not exceed
the maxiinum principal amount of Dollars
