It is further aqreed between the parties to this mortgage that in addition
to the terms and conditions set out in this mortgage is agreed that a
conveyance should be made by the Mortgagor of the premises herein
described, or any part thereof, without the written consent of the Jensen
Beach Bank, and without an assumption in writing by the new proposed
Gr~,ntee of this obliqation to the Jensen Beach Bank created by said
Promissory Note and this Mortgage, then, and in that event, at the
option of the' Jensen Beach Bank, without notice, all sums of money
secured hereby sha11 immediately and concur~ently vsa..th such conveyance
become due and payable and sa.id Not~ and Mortqage shall be in default.
