Defendant's Motion to have the financial books and records of
the Plaintiff Corporation examined and the Court being fully
advised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that
1. The Motion is granted.
2. A Certified Public Accountant selected by the Defendant,
HILL REFRIGERATION, shall be allowed to examine each and every
document and f inancial record presently in the custody of Samuel R.
Peterkin and that such examination may be made at any time convenient
; to these Certified Public Accountants.
