Industries, Inc. and Kroywen, Inc., considered the pleadings and being otherwise duly advised in the premises, it is thereupon ORDERED, DIRECTED AND ADJUDGED that: (1) Plaintiff's Motion for Protective Order as to the order in which depositions are to be taken in this cause is hereby granted and the deposition of Arthur Clyne shall be taken first and prior to the depositions of Sargeant Citrus Products, Inc. through J. Stanley Sargeant and John I. Van Voris, Esquire. Such depositions shall be rescheduled by counsel for a mutually convenient time and place in the order prescribed herein. i (2) Plaintiff's motion insofar as it relates to the taking of the deposition of John I. Van Voris, Esquire, before the Court is denied without prejudice to submission of individual questions and documents to the Court for rulings as to matters of the attorney-client privilege.
