ORDER ON MOTIONS
This cause came on to be heard before the Court on July 6,
1973, upon the Plaintiff's Motion for Protective Order and Other
Relief and Motion to Compel Further Answers to Interrogatories. ~

The Court, having heard the argument of counsel for the Piaintiff ~
and the DefendantsrModulex Home Communities, Inc.;~New Jersey {
?
Industries, Inc. and Kroywen, Inc., considered the pleadings and
being otherwise duly advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED, DIRECTED AND ADJUDGED that:
(1) Plaintiff's Motion for Protective Order as to the order
in which depositions are to be taken in this cause is hereby
granted and the deposition of Arthur Clyne shall be taken first
and prior to the depositions of Sargeant Citrus Products, Inc.
through J. Stanley Sargeant and John I. Van Voris, Esquire.
Such depositions shall be rescheduled by counsel for a mutually
convenient time and place in the order prescribed herein.

(2) Plaintiff's motion insofar as it relates to the taking
of the deposition of John I. Van Voris, Esquire, before the
Court is denied without prejudice to submission of individual
questions and documents to the Court for rulings as to matters
of the attorney-client privilege.
(3) The subpoenas heretofore issued to the witnesses
J. Stanley Sargeant and John I. Van Voris, Esquire, are hereby
