This cause came on for ex parte hearing this 29th day of ;
June, 1973, after counsel for the wife announced that they had no
testimony to enter in this cause and agreeing that this matter
proceed and the parties and their counsel being before the Court,
and the Court, having given full consideration to all the evidence, :
finds and determines:
This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter
of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists be-
tween the parties; and that the marriage between the parties shou

' be dissolved. It is thereupon

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between DANIEL

~ BOYD MILI~ON and NANCY ELLEN MIL10N, be and the same is hereby dis-
~ solved, and the partie s, and each of them, are hereby forever
freed from the obligations arising therefrom.

~ 2. CUSTODY: Custody of JAMES RANDALL MIL~'ON, KAREN DANELLE
~
~ MILTON and ROBERT LEWIS MILZ~ON, minor children of the parties, is ~

hereby awarded to DANIEL BOYD MILTiON; and, NANCY ELLEN MILTON
; shall have the said minor children one (1) weekend per month and

~ for two /2 months durin the Sumiaer when the children are not
