children to Georgia for the two(2) month's period during the Sum-
mer and the husband shali arrange for and pay £or their transpor-
tation for their return to Fort Pierce, Florida.
3. PROPERTY: (a) The furniture and furnishings owned by
the parties shall go to and belong to the husband;
(b) The husband shall transfer all of his right, title
and interest in and to that certain 1962 Plymouth now in her pos-
session unto the wife, free and clear of any liens;
(c) The husband shall retain as his personal property
that certain 1966 Buick sutomobile now in his possession.
4. SUPPORT: The wife is approximately six (6) months preg- S
nant. Husband shall be responsible for the payment of alI neces-
sary hospital and doctor bills related to childbirth and shall pa `
Fifteen ($15.00) Dollars per week child support beginning thirty
(30) days after the birth of said child; the wife shall have perm-
anent custody of this child, subject to the husband's right of
visitation at the same times and places as specified in Paragraph
2 . above .
S. FEES AND COSTS: The Court determines the sum of ~o Hun-
dred ($200.00) Dollars to be reasonable for the wife's Attorney
for his services herein, and DANIEL BOYD MILI~ON is ordered to pay
said Attorney said sum, together with costs herein assessed at
THIRTY AND SO/100 ($30.50) DOLLARS.
6. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parti
hereto, is retained for the entry of such further Orders as may b
proper.
