AS TO CERTAIN PARTIES
IT IS STIPULATED AND AGREED that this cause be dismissed
with prejudice in so far as the claim by the Plaintiffs against
the Defendants, WILLIAM G. WARD and ALLSTATE INSURANCE COI~iPANY,
are concerned. This Stipulation shall not apply to the claim
against the Defendants, GEORGE GOODBREAD and FARM BUREAU CASUALTY
COMPANY.
