(7) The Plaintiff may be a bidder for the purchase of
the property at the sale. If the Plaintiff shall be the pur-
chaser at the sale, the Qerk ehall credit on the bid of the
Plaintifff, the total sum herein found due to the Plaintiff
or such portion thereof as may be necessary to pay fully the
bid of the Plaintiff; except that the sums mentioned in para-
graph 8(~ of~this Judgment must be paid in cash.
(8) Upon confirmation of the sale whether confirmation
be by the Clerk filinq the Oertificate of Title or by Order
of thia Court ruling upon objections of that sale= the Clerk :

shall make distributfon of the proceeds of this sale by
~ payf ng :
' (a) All costs and expenses of these proceedings

subsequent to the entry of this Final Judgment, in~ludin~ the
~ coats of publishinq the Notice of Sale and the Clerk's fee for
~
~ making said sal~ (unless the Plaintiff, having already paid for
those two items of costs, shall be the purchaser at said sale),
and for the hereinabove attorneys' fees allowed to attorneys
. for the Plaintfff. The remaininq amounts due thE Plaintiff with
interest thereon as provided by statute from the date hereof
~ through the date o£ sale. ~
(9) Should there be a surplus after the payment above
specified, it shall be paid into the registry of the Court.
Should~there be a d~ficiency, the ClFrk shall report the amount

E thereof to the Court, and this Court ahall retain jurisc~iction
~ to enter a deficiency judgment in behalf of the Plaintiff, in
~ the event such deficiency should arise as a result of said
