2. He prepared that certain Assignment of Interest in trust property
executed by J. J. Sanford , dated August 2, 196? , and recorded in O. R. Book
183, page 1806, St. Lucie County, Florida, public records.
3. That the phrase "being 10$ thereof" appearing on line 3 of said
Assignment is a scrivenor's error, and said phrase should have been "being ~

20$ thereof" as Affiant knows of his own knowledge that the intent of said
