I, J. J. SANFORD, being of sound and disposing mind,
do hereby make, publish and declare the following to be my
Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and cancelling all
other or former Wills or Codicils by me at any time made.
ITEM I.
I hereby acknowledge and declare that I am a citizen
of Florida, my permanent residence and legal domicile being
in Broward County, Florida.
ITEM II.
I direct that all of my legal debts, including ex-
penses of my last illness and funeral, be paid as soon as
,
~ practicable after my death. My Executrix, before division
~ of my estate, shall also pay any and all inheritance, estate
~
~ and succession taxes due by me or my estate, and the same
~
~ shall be paid from my residuary estate.

that my Executrix shall cooperate with the Trustee under a
certain Indenture of Trust executed by me as Grantor, with

August, 1967, to the end that such obligations of my estate,

~ or any unpaid part thereof, may be paid out of the assets`~~
