Z'HIS MCDIFICATICN CF MCRTGAGE, made this s2 ~ day of June,
1973 by M. B. GERDCWSKY, hereafter called the mortgagor and TESSIE GRABEK,
hereinafter called the mortgagee:
WHEREAS the mortgagor and the mortgagee desire that the mortga.ge by
the mortc,~a.qor to the mortc,~agee in the amount of $37, 500.00 dated May 1, 1973,
recorc}ed May 2, 1973 in Cfficial R,ecords Book 213 at par~e 1974 in the Public
~.ecords of St . Lucie County, Florida.
That the Mortya~ee has received an additional pa.yment of ~5, 000. 00 of
which receipt is hereby acl~owiedged.
THEREFCRE, the mortgage pa.yments are modified as follows:
The principal sum of $32,1 ~0. UO tog~ther with interest at the ra.te of 74
per annum is pa.yable at $ 376.88 per month, the first such monthly pa.yment
shall become due August i, 1973 and a Zike sum on the same day of each and ~
every month thereafter until pa.id in full. i'his amount of $ 376.88 pa.id

each month shall first be credited to the interest and the remainder to the
principal of this obliga.tion. This note may be prepa.id at anytime and in any
amounts the maker desires without penalty.
All other pa.rts of this mortc~a.ge are ratified and to remain in effect and

unchanged. ~
