WITNESSETH, That for divers good and valuable considerations, and also in consideration of the aggregate
sum of money named in the promissory nofe of even date herewith, hereinafler destribed, the Mortgagor dces grant,

TOGETHER with all structures and improvements now and hereafter on said land anc! the fixtures attached
thereto and all rents, issues, p~oceeds, and profits accruing and to accrue from said premises a!1 of which are included
with~n the foregoing description and the habendum hereof. Also all gas, steam, electric, water and other heating,
cooking, refrigerating, lighting, plumbing, ventilating, irrigating, and power systems, machines, appliantes, fixtu~es
and appurtenances, which now or may hereafter pertain to or be used with, in or on said premises, even though they
may be detached or detachable.
' IT IS ~,~1UTUAlIY COVENANTED AND AGREED by and between the parties herero that upon request of the Mort-
~agor, the Mortgagee may hereafter, at its option, at anyt~me within twenty (20) years from the date hereof and be-
fore fuft payment of this mortgage and notes secured hereby, n~ake further advances to the Mortgagor and any such
f~rther advances, with interest, shall be secured by this mortgage and shall be evidenced by an add~tionai note then
