by G. ALBERT BLOODWORTH anT G. ERNEST BLOODWORTH, as survivi g
Trustees under Agreement dated July 23, 1957, recorded in Deed Book
230, page 480, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, herein-
after called the grantors, to V~iILLIAM V4'ILSON and JANET M, V~'1LSON~
his wife, with right of survivorship
whose post office address is 3901 Crescent Viety Duluth, Minnesota - 55803
hereinafter called the grantees:
WITNESSETH; ~That the grantors, for and in consideration of
the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise,
release, convey and confirm unto the grantees, all that certain land
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, vi2:
Lots 1 t hrough 18, inclusive, Block 38; Lots 19 through
34, inclusive, Block 41; Lots 4 through 18, inclusive,
Block 42; Lots 10 through 13, inclusive, and Lots 21
through 30, inclusive,and Lots 32 through 35,, inclusive,
Block 44; ALL being in SAN LUCIE PLAZA, UNIT 1,
as recorded in Plat Book 5, page 57, of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
So much of Lot 1, Block 38 as lies within 50 feet of the -
centerline of St. Lucie Boulevard is specifically subject
to reserYation in favor of the State of Florida for State
Road purposes. The remainder of the property hereby
conveyed is subject to restrictions, covenants, reservations
ancl easements of record.

TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simp].e forever. -
' AND the grantors hereby covenant with said grantees that in
all things in and about this conveyance the grantors have complied
~ with the powers vested in them under the Trust Agreement dated July 23,
~ 1957, recorded in Deed Book 230, page 480; and that said land is free
~ of all encumbrances, excent taxes accruing subsequent to December 31,
; 19 7 2 .
