and exhibits attached thereto, together with the affidavit of plaintiff's counsel,
and being fully advised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Rex Holly, individually, and d/b/a

justly indebted to Carol F. Dennis, in the principal sum of ~1, 050. 71, to which
