9. To further secure unto the mortgagee the
payment of the a#oresaid note and the performance by
the mortgagor of all of his promises and covenants
herein made~ the mortgagor has and does hereby transfer~
assign and set over unto the mortgagee all of the rents~
income and profits now or hereafter pertaining or
arising from said propertyi with full power and right
unto the mortgagee to receive and collect the same;
provided~ however~ that so leachaandheverytof~hisshall
faithfully keep and perform
promises and covenants set forth in said note and set
forth in all other portionserewiths thetmortgageeSShall
no default in connection th ~
allow~the mortgagor to collect and receive the same.
