Sect3on 3. Principal Office
The principal office of th~ Limited Partnership shall
be maintained at 406 South 5th Street, Furt Pierce, Florida,
or at such other place or places as thA General Partner may,
from time to time, designate by notice to the Limited Partner.
Section 4. PurFoses -
A. The primary purpose of the Linited Partnersh{p
shall be t~ acquire and hold the Real Property for investment
purposes, and if improvements be constructed thereon to
rea~ize investment ir.come therefrom, and to realize appre-
ciation in value fror^. the ultimate disposition of the Real
Property. ^~e Limited Partnership ma.y engage in any lawful
- activity Dc~?':?itted in Florida or Lhe United States.
Section Capital and Contributions
A. ~ac; Member is obligated to and will contribute to
the C2DZ:a~ o~' the Limited Partnership, in cash, pro-rata
ir. accardz.^c~ with the Units owned at that time by each Member,
the Con~r~bu~ions at the time or date, as follows:
1. Initial contributions of capital oF $16,000 from
tre General Partner and initial contributions of capital of
~16,000 from the Li~ited Partner.
j 2. Additional Contributions of capital to pay the
; real property taxes on the Rea~ Property.
