Any assignee pursuant to this Section ad~itted as a rIember shall be sub~ect to and bound by alI of the provisions of this Agreement as if originally a party to this Agreement. G. In the event a vote of the Limited Partners shall be taken pursuant to this Agreement for any reason, a Limited Partner shall, solely for the purpose of determining the nw~- ber of Units held by him in determining his vote, be deemed ~ the owner of any Units assigned by him in respect to which the assignee has not beco~e a Limited Partner. H.
