the said Wife, ROXANNA L. BEAN, and each of them, are hereby ordered
to fully comply with said Separation Agreement and the provisions,
terms and conditions thereof absolutely and as fully as though set
forth verbatim in this Final Judgment Of Dissolution Of Marriage.
3. CHILD CUSTODY: That the Wife, RO_XANNA L. BEAN, is
hereby granted the permanent care, custody and control of the minor
children of the parties hereto, to-wit: MICHAEL D. BEAN, ROBIN L.
BEAN, MICHELLE D. BRAN, and RICHARD L. BEAN, with each of whom the
said Husband, RICHARD L. BEAN, shall have reasonable visitation
rights, upon reasonable prior written notice, having the right to
visit them or have them visit him, at all reasonable times and places,
singly or together; and the said Husband shall, upon prior written
notice, have the right to have each or all of said children visi.t
with him, at his expense, for one month each year during the Summer
School vacation period, provided each or all of said children shall
agree and desire to so visit him, and, during such periods, the

~ said Husband shall not be required to pay to the said Wife the child

support provided for in said Separation Agreement for those children
actually visiting him.
4. RETENTION OF JURISDICTION: That the above-entitled
Court hereby retains jurisdiction of the above-styled cause, and each
of the parties to said cause, for the purpose of further actions and
hearings and of entering such further orders, judgments, process or

other instruments deemed by the Court to be necessary and proper herein.
