On September 1972, Johnaie Leon Taylor, Sr., a/k/a
J. Lea Taylor, and Doris Taylor, his wife, gave a mortgage to
~ the Jensen Beach Bank, a Florida banking corporation, recorded
in Official Records Book 206, Page 1522, St. Lucie County, '

Florida, public records. ,
Subsequent to the execution and recordiag of said mort-

gage, the parties have discovered that there is an error in ~
~ i
the description of the real estate covered thereby. ~
NOW, THTRSFORE, for and ia consideration of the mutual j
i
promises made here3a, and $1.00 and other valuable considera-
. ,
tions paid to the Jensen Beach Bank, receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, the parties do hereby amend the descrip- ~
'
tion of the real estate covered by said mortgage to read as
follows:
Lot 5,(less the North 30 feet thereof)and the North 30
feet of Lot 6, RIVERSIDS SUBDIVISION, as per plat
thereof filed in Plat Book 4, Page 50, St. Lucie
~ Couaty, Florida, public records. The above 30 ft.
references are measured from North to South betaeen
parallel lines and not measured along the railroad,
highway, or river front.
Excepting therefrom the right of way of Dixie High-
way, now known as Iadian River Drive.
The Jensen Beach Bank does hereby release all claim under
~ said mortgage to the North 30 feet of said Lot 5.
; In all other respects, said mortgage and note are hereby
~

~ ratified and confirmed.
