ORDER ON COMPROMISE AND FINAL JUDGMENT
Parties hereto and their attorneys having submitted a Compromise and
Settlement Stipulation to this Court for its approval, and The Court being
of the opinion rhat the sum of NINE THOCISAND DOLLARS (~9, 000. 00) to
the minor, through her father, is a fair, full and adequare consideration
for that certain minor as a result of the accident resulting in injuries l
involved herein, the Defendant denying liability therefor and that the
settlement is beneficial to the said minor, and The Court being fully
