of Henry Lachance, Sr., and the Paul Lachance who was a graatee
in that certain deed dated November 18, 1966, and recorded ia
Official Records Book 159, Page 337, St. Lucie County, Florida,
public records, are one and the same person.

property located in St. Lucie County, Florida:
PARCEL ONTs: Beginning at the NVY corner of Delaware Avenue and
South 1?th Street in the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, run thence
Westerly on the North boundary line of Delaware Avenue a distance
of 113 feet and point of beginning; continue thence Westerly
along North boundary of Delaware Avenue, a distance of 50 feet;
run thence Northerly parallel with South 17th Street, a distaace
of 138 feet; run thence ~.asterly parallel with Delaware Avenue,
- a distance of 50 feet, rua thence Southerlq parallel to South
17th Street to North boundary of Delaware Avenue and point of
