PACKAR for the entry of an Order of Administration Unnecessary on the Estate of MARIE E, DA Y has come to be considered by the Court and it appearing to the Court that; 1. MARIE E. DAY, a resident of Broward County, Florida, who last resided at 2300 Park Lane, Hollywood, Florida, died at Merriorial Hospital, Hollywood, Florida, on the 26th day of July, 19?l, at the age of ?4 years and died testate, leaving a Last Will and Testament dated March 7, 1969, which was adtnitted to Probate on April 19, 1973. It further appears to the Court that _ JACK B. PACKAR has been appointed the duly authorized Substitute Executor of the E state of MA RIE E. DA Y. 2. The true cash value of the Estate is Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00). ~ 3. "All obligations of the decedent have been paid and the Estate is not _ _ indebted . I ~ f 4.
