ON THIS DAY, before me, the undersigned authority, personally
appeared JACK B. PACKAR, Escjuire, who being duly sworn by me, deposes
and says as follows:
1) That he was the attorney and friend of one ;VIARIE E. DAY,
now deceased.
2) That he knows of his own knawledge khat MARIE E. DAY is one
and the same person as MARIE E. BANNIGAN, who was the owner of the
following described property:
Lot No. 21 in Block No. 6 as shown on the PLAT of SUNLAND
GA RDENS, said plat having been recorded in the o ffice of the
Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ft. Pierce, Florida, on September,
10, 1947, in Plat Book 8, page 32.
That MARIE E. DAY was formerly known as MARIE E. BANNIGAN prior to
her marriage to HERBERT C. DAY.
FURTHER AFFIANT SAYETH NOT.
