THLS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the Petition ~to traasfer certain
real property from the Estate of HERBERT C. DAY, to JACK B. PACKAR,
ESQUIRE, and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is hereby
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Executor of the Estate of HERBERT
C. DAY, GEORGE A. REID, is hereby authorized to execute and executor's
deed transferring the property hereinafter described to JACK B. PAGKAR,
according to the terms of the contract entered into between HERBERT C. DA Y
and JACK B. PACKAR; said real property being described as follows:
