All Costs, si~ch as abstracting, taxes for the year 1971, stamps and surtax, to be
~paid for by the Purcliascrs. ;
'I'he Seller hereby acknowledges that the Ptirchaser is presently preparing his
Last V~'ill and Testament and is filin~ the Will of his belaved Wife and handling all
the le~al K~ork involved in order t~ ~roperly transfer tiie abovP captioned property

his late Ueloved wife, as well as clearing title to

is valtiable consicleration ancl in fact, is tlle consideration for the sale of this
property and is thc payment for lhe Seller's attorney's fee for doing the legal work
involved to clear the l:state ~f his late heloved wife. -
The Seller hereby ackno~vle~lges that the purchaser~s legal services are of a value
of $250.00.
The Seller hereby acknowled~es that if he were to sell the above property, he
would n~rmall,y be required to pro-rate the taxes and pay the cost of the abstract
and a continuation of same; and affi~: the clocumentary stamps and surtax to the Deed. ~
