SATISFACTION OF VENDOR'S LIEN
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that THOMAS BAILEY and
EDNA FAYE BAILEY, his wife, the owners and holders of a cer-
tain Vendor's Lien given by KATHLEEN C. BAILEY, a single adult,
to THOMAS BAILEY and EDNA FAYE BAILEY, his wife, given to secure
the sum of One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars, as evidenced by
that certain lien set forth in a Quit Claim Deed dated May 18,
1973 and recorded in O.R. Book 2I4, Page 1613, public records
of ~St. Lucie County, Florida, upon the following described pro-
perty, situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County, Sts te of
Florida, to-wit:
Lots 31 and 32, Block 2, FAIRLAWN SUBDIVISION,
as per plat thereof appearing in P1at Book 6,
Page S, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
have received full payment of said indebtedness, and do hereby
acknowledge satisfaction of said vendor's lien and hereby direct
the Clerk of the said Circuit Court to cancel the same of record.
