Brunehilda B. Vazquez and Respondent Jose Luis Vazquez be and are
, hereby dissolved, and a decree of~divorce is hereby granted.
The Court finds that there were born to the parties of this
marriage the following children now under the age of eighteen (18)
years: Melinrla Barbara Vazquez, a female born May 23, 1958, and
Christina Barbara Vazquez, a feraale born January 17, 1961. The ~
Court further finds that Petitioner is a fit and proper person to
have custody and control of their children.and that Respondent should ,
be ordered to contribute to their support and maintenance, until the~
youngest child reaches the age of eighteen (18) years, in a reasonable
amount.
YT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECATED by the Court that •

the custody and control of the minor children, ~ielinda Barbara Vazquez ;
and Christina Barbara Vazquez, be and is hereby awarded to Petitioner, ;

subject to the reasonable visitation gr~vi~~ges c~ Respcndeiit. ~t is
further ORDERID, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that Respondent ~
pay child support through the Bexar County Child Support Department, ~

; 203 E. Nueva, San Antonio, Texas in the sum of $87.50 per child, per ;
~ month, with the first payment being due on the lst dap of December, ~
,
1971, and a like amount on the same d~y of each month thereafter until '
;
each child reaches the age of eighteen (18) years or until further
order of this Court.

The Court finds that the parties own community property and
have agreed upon a division of said property, which is fair and
~
~ equitable.

~ IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECftEED by the Court that

the community property owned by the parties be and the same is hereby
