(e) Petitioner shall be entitled to claim one child as an exemption for income tax purposes. ' (f) Petitioner will assume payment of the charge accounts at Frost Bros., Joske•s and Rhodes Department Stores. . Al1 such property awarded to Petitioner shall be subject to any indebtedness charged against same. (g) Petitioner's proportionate share in Respondent's retirement benefits from the U.S. Army as hereinafter more fully set out. ~ The Respondent is awarded the following property as his sole and separate property: (a) The lot owned by the parties which is located in the State of Florida. {b) 1962 Volkswagen automobile. (c) Respondent's retirement fund from the University of Texas Medical School. (d) The Respondent's equity in the home is valued at ~3,000.00 ` which shall be paid to the Respondent when the youngest child reaches ~ age eighteen.
