service and is entitled to a military retirement payment pursuant
to the 2aws of the United S~ates during the remainder of his lifetime
and that such retirement is equal to at least the sum of $225.00
per month and ~s subject to a cost of living index increase; and that
the Petitioner is entitled to a percentage of such retirement fund
in the amount of $80.00 (plus cost of living increases) per month

and that such payment shall be made as the wife's community•interest !
in said retirement fund which shall be payable in the amount of $80.00
per month on the lst day of December, 2971,~ and continuing on ~he
first of each succeeding month thereaf~er during the natural lifetime
of the Respondent but only during the lifetime of the Petitioner.
Yt is further ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that

the Respondent make such payment for the Petitioner's share of the ;
military retirement fund by allatment and that the Respondent execute

powers of 'attorney in accordance with federal law and regulations of -
the-Army Finance Department as may be required to ensure the payment

of same. ~ ~

It is further ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that
each of the parties herein pay their own attorney's fees.

All costs of Court expended in this cause are hereby adjudged

against Respondent. Execution shall issue for all of the above if
