NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO ALL PARTIES CONCERNED that a suit
for breach of contract and for specific performance, together with
damages, compensatory and punitive, has been instituted in the
Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida, in and
for St. Lucie Cotmty, in Civil Action No. bn the
following described property, situate in St. Lucie County, Florida,

to-wit :
(a) Lot 3, Block 175, South Port St. Lucie, Unit 11,
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
15, page 15, of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida; <

according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
15, page 15 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida; and
(c) Lot 19, Block 71, South Port St. Lucie, Unit S, accord-

12 of the public records of St. Lucie Caunty, Florida.
