QUIT CLAIM DEED
THIS INDENTUR,E, Witnesseth, that HELEN E. KOSHAR, an un-
married woman and former wife of said Grantee, of 2954 Bluffwood
Terrace, St. Joseph, Michigan 49085, for the sum of One and No/100
Dollar ($1. 00) and other good and valuable consideration Quit Claims
to RUDY J. KOSHAR, an unmarried man and former husband of said
Grantor, of 2081 Washington Avenue, St. Joseph, Michigan 49085, the
following described reat estate situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
Lots 12, 13, 14, 15, 18, 19 and 20 of Block
1653, and also Lots 21 and 22 of Block 1092,
of Port St. Lucie Section 5, a Subdivision ac-
cording to the Plat thereof, Recorded in Plat
Book 12, Page 15A, of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida
The consideration for this conveyance is less than $100.00, said
conveyance being given pursuant to and for the purpose of isnplementing
the terms and provisions of that certain Judgment of Diwrce made and
entered in the Circuit Court for the County of Berrien, State of Michigan,
on the 25th day of May, 1973, (File No. D~2986-B).
