Begin at a point on the East Section Line of
Section 22 which is 200 feet North of the South-
east corner of Section 22, Township 36 South,
Range 40 East; thence run West 337.88 feet to
the Easterly right of way line of U. S. Highway ~
#1; thence run Northwesterly along the Easterly
right of way line of said U. S. # 1 for 174 .16
feet; thence run East 418.68 feet to the East line
of said Section 22; thence run South along sa3d
Section line to the point of beginning; less the
South 80 feet thereof for road right-of-way.
This deed is made, executed and delivered to release,
remise and quit-claim any interest which the Grantor herein
acquired by reason of that certain quit-claim deed made by
American Telephone and Telegraph Company as Grantor to E. L.
Middleton, as Trustee, Grantee, which deed was recorded
in 0. R. Book 190, pa~e 2303 of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and
singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise <

appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest, lien, ;

equity and claim whatsoever of the said first party, either in
law or equity, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of
the said second party forever.
