O R D E R
The Court having reserved ruling on the question of cus- .
tody in the above styled cause until the Court received a report
from the Division of Family Services in regard to a background
investigation of the husband and wife; and the Court having re-
ceived same and noting that the Division of Family Services rec-
ommends placing custody and care of the two children, Dwayne
Allen Potter and Ben Jason Potter, with the mother, Barbara
~ potter; and the Court being duly advised, it is
ORDERED that custody of D~wayne Allen Potter and Ben Jason
; Potter, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to the
` mother, Barbara Potter, with rights of visitation beginning July ~
t
21, 1973. Said visitation shall be from 12:00 noon to 5:00 P.M.
Saturday and 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Sunday on ea~h alternate week-
end; and it is
ORDERED that the husband, Roger Lee Potter pay to the wife,
Barbara Potter for the support of the minor children the sum of `
