For value received we, jointly and severally, as principal promise to
pay without defalcation to the orver of MARY ANN KOBLEGARD BRYAN,
at the office of Bryan an~3 Koblegard, in I'ort Picrce, Florida, the sum
of Sevent Six Thousand Two Hundred Fift and no/100------------ Dollars
with interest from date at the ratc- of eiglit percent E~/) per annu~n, in
yearly installments, payable as follows, to-cait: Interest onl~. du~: on
the 16th day of July, 1974; one-half of the principal, plus intere:~t, on
~ the 16th day of July, 1975; and the en~ire balance, plus interest, on
the 16th day of July, 1976.
Each installment first shall be applied in payment of the interest and
then on the unpaid balance of the ~rincipal st~ni. If deiault is macie in
any payment wheri ciue, then, at option of the payee all the remainii~g
installments shall become due anci payzble at once.
Should it become necessary to collect this note through an attorne~~, .
either of us, whether maker, surety or inc~orser on this note, herek~y
agrees to pay all costs of collection, including a reasonable attorr.ey's
fee. ~
The makers, sureties and indorsers hereof severally ~vaive presentmE~nt,
protest and notice of protest for non-payment of ttlis note and agrE~e
that the time of its maturity may be extended before or after matui•ity
and do further severally agree to any ren~~~aal thereof before or aft.er
maturity without notice of them.
This note may be pre-paid at anytime ~vithout penalty, except that r:o
payments in excess of twenty-nine pcrcent (29;~) stiall be made durir.g the
year 1973, unl~ss the total amount of the notz is paid, and no Fayr;ents,
~ other than the amount due on that date, may be m.~zde after July 1G, 1975,
until after January 2, 1976. The Security for this note is thc lard
~ described in the mortgage, to which a copj of this note is attachec,
Y- and the owners and holders of the note for themselves, heirs, and ~ssigns,
~ agree that in the event of default anci £oreclosure no deficiency judgment
~ shall be claimed against the ma}:er o£ tttc~ note.
