The makers, sureties and indorsers hereof severally waive presentmE~nt,
~ protest and notice of protest for non-payment of this note and ugrE~e
that the time of its maturity may be extended before or after m~tu~-ity
and do further severally agrec to any renecaal th~reof before or afi:er
~ maturity without notice of them.

This note may be pre-paid at anytime wittiout penalty, except that iio
~ payments in excess of twenty-nine percent (29;;) shall be made duritig the ,
~ year 1973, unless the total amount of thc note is paid, and no payricnts,
~ other than the amount due on that date, may be n:~~de after July 1G, 1975,
- until after January 2, 1976. The Security for ttiis note is the la«d
~ described in the mortgage, to which a copy of this note is attache:3,
and the owners and holders of the note for themselves, heirs, and =~ssigns,

shall be claimed against the maker of the note .
