For value received we, jointly and severally, as principal promise to
pay without defalcation to the order of SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COU~ITY,
as Trustee f/b/o LAURA LEE KOBLEGARD I-IA S
at the office of Bryan and Koblegard, in I'ort Pierce, Florida, the surq
of Thirt Eight Thousand One Hundred Twenty-five and no/100-----Dollars

yearly installments, payable as follo~~s, to-wit: Interest onl~ du: on
the 16th day of July, 1974; one-half of the princil~al, plus interc:~t, on
the 16th day of July, 1975; and the entire balancc, plus interest, on
the 16th day of July, 1976.
