For value received we, jointly and severally, as principal promi~e to
pay without defalcation to ttie orcler of RUHL W. KOBLEGARD~ as Trustee
for MARJORIE L, KOBLEGARD
at the off ice of IIryan ai~cl Koblegard, in Fort Pie rce, rlorida, the sum
of Fift Thousand, Eight Hundred Thirty-three and 32/100--------Lollars
with interest from date at tlie rate of eic~ht ~CL"CCIlt 8;%) per annu~n, in
yearly insta llments, paya~le as follows, to-wit: Interest onl~ cu~ on
the 16th day of July, 1974; one-half of the principal, plus intere:~t, on -
the 16th day of July, 1975; and the entirc balancc, plus interest, on

The makers, sureties and indorsers hereof severally waive present~a~~nt,
protest and notice of protest for non-payment of t}iis note and ag..~.e
that the time of its maturity may be extenc?ed bcfore or aftcr mat~z:^ity
and do further severally agree to any renewal thereof before or a~=cr
maturity without notice of them.
This note may be pre-paid at anytime without penzlty, except that ~o
~ payments in excess of t~-Jenty-nine pcrcent (29;;) shall be niade dur:_~g the
~ year 1973, unless the total amount oi the note is paid, and no pa<<nents, '
~ other than the amount due on tliat date, mzy be n:~:czc after July 16, 1f~75,
~ until after January 2, 1976. The Security for t.iis note is the l~:~d
~ described in the mortgage, to which a co~~y-of this note is attachc~~~,
~ and the owners and holders of the note for themsclves, tieirs, and assigns,
