of U. S. Highway No. 1;
EXCEPTING from Parcel II, the following described property, to-wit: Approxi-
mately one acre in the SW corner of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 17,
Township 34 South, Range 40 East, Zying West of U. S. No. 1, heretofore con-
veyed by Jens Helseth and his wife, to the Viking Cemetery Association by
Deed dated December 22, 1905, recorded in Deed Book 2, page 56, of the
public records of St. Lucie County, F.torida;
AND EXCEPTING from Parcels I and II, the following described property,
to-wit: Beginning at a point on the West right of way of U. S. No. 1, 800 feet
North of the South line of the SE 1/4 of NW 1/4 of Section 17, Township 34
South, Range 40 East, thence turn and run West, parallel with the South line
of the SE 1/4 of NW 1/4 of said Sectio~ 300 feet to a point; thence turn and run
South, parallel with the West line of the SE 1/4 of NW 1/4 of said Section 300 .
feet to a point; thence turn and run East parallel with said South line, 430 feet
to the West right of way line of U. S. Highway No. 1; thence turn and run North-
westerly along said West right of way line of U. S. Highway No. 1, 300 feet to

BY THE ACCEPTANCE AND RECORDING OF THLS DEED, the Grantee hereby
! agrees to assume and pay as a portion of the considerarion for this conveyance

~ of the State of Florida, to the Estate of H. M. McSurley, Deceased, recorded
in Official Record Book 206, page 2366, Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, securing the original principal sum of ~80, 000.00, and agrees to hold
the Grantor harmless therefrom.
